Venezuelan Suntiger Tarantula (Psalmopoeus irminia) – 3 to 4 inch – Live Arrival

The Venezuelan Suntiger is a high-octane arboreal species that defines speed, beauty, and intensity. Psalmopoeus irminia is world-famous for its deep charcoal-to-black velvet body, accented by brilliant neon-orange “lightning bolt” markings on its tarsi (feet) and a striking orange sunburst pattern on the abdomen.

If you are looking for an active, fast-growing predator, the Suntiger is unmatched. Unlike many terrestrial species, P. irminia is an expert hunter that will often launch itself at prey with incredible precision. They are prolific hiders, frequently constructing elaborate “dirt curtains” and silken tubes high up in their enclosure, emerging at night to display their high-contrast colors.
