How is the animal packaged for overnight transit?
We use industry-leading insulated boxes with complimentary heat or cold packs as weather dictates. Specimens are secured in cushioned, escape-proof containers designed for maximum safety.
What is your Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)?
We guarantee 100% live arrival on all FedEx Priority Overnight shipments. You must be home for the first delivery attempt and report any issues within 6 hours with photo/video evidence to qualify.

Can I request a species not currently in stock?
Yes. If you are looking for a specific specimen not listed in our current inventory, please contact us directly. Given our extensive network, we can often source rare invertebrates for dedicated collectors.
Can I reserve an animal or set up a payment plan?
Due to the high demand for our specimens, we do not offer reservations or payment plans. All sales are processed on a first-come, first-served basis through our secure checkout.
