🚚 Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday through Thursday via FedEx Priority Overnight. We do not ship on Fridays to avoid weekend hub delays. Signature is required for all live shipments.

🌡️ Weather Monitoring

Shipments may be held if origin/destination temperatures are unsafe (typically below 40°F or above 90°F). The health of the animal always comes first.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

Should your animal arrive deceased (DOA), we provide a free replacement or store credit.

  • Report DOA within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a clear photo/video of the animal on top of the shipping box.
  • Someone must be present to sign on the first delivery attempt.

📦 Professional Packaging

Insulated, industry-standard packaging with complimentary heat/cold packs as needed.

⚖️ Legal Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the species is legal to own in their area.
