By accessing the Silk Road Exotics collection and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These conditions are in place to ensure the safety of our animals and the integrity of the hobby.
01. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase live animals. By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age and possess the knowledge required to provide proper husbandry for the species selected.
02. Local Legality
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the species purchased is legal to own in their specific state, county, or municipality. Silk Road Exotics will not be held liable for any legal complications arising from the purchase of restricted species.
03. Live Animal Sales
All live animal sales are final. Due to the sensitive biological nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns. Order cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date and may be subject to a restocking fee.
04. Shipping & LAG
All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Failure to adhere to shipping protocols—including being present for delivery and reporting issues within our 6-hour window—voids all guarantees.
05. Limitation of Liability
Silk Road Exotics provides healthy specimens but cannot guarantee long-term health once an animal is in a buyer’s care. We are not responsible for any injury or property damage caused by the animals we sell.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
